Customers’ funds will be held by Coach Comparison for a period of 7 days. If no issues arise during this time, the payment will be released to the operator. Please note that once the payment is issued after the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided.
Operators who arrive late to a booking will incur a 10% penalty on their earnings for that particular job. Timeliness is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
Operators who do not complete a booking or cancel a booking with Coach Comparison within 24 hours will face a 45% charge on their account. This policy is in place to ensure commitment and reliability in service delivery.
If an operator receives three complaints, Coach Comparison will investigate the matter. Depending on the nature of the complaints, the operator may be suspended from using our services. Continued issues or complaints may result in a complete ban from our platform.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the service received or has a complaint, our office will thoroughly investigate the matter and make a decision based on the findings. We value customer feedback and strive to ensure the highest quality of service.
