At Coach Comparison, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality and reliable coach and minibus booking services. We understand that plans can change, and we have established a clear and fair refund policy to guide you through cancellations and potential refunds.


🔁 Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please refer to the following refund structure based on the notice period provided before the scheduled departure:

  • More than 14 days before departure

    • A 10% administration fee will be deducted from your total payment.

    • The remaining 90% will be refunded to you.

  • 10–14 days before departure

    • A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

    • You will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.

  • 7–9 days before departure

    • A 75% cancellation fee will apply.

    • You will receive a 25% refund of the total payment.

  • 3–6 days before departure

    • A 95% cancellation fee will apply.

    • You will receive a 5% refund of the total payment.

  • Within 3 days of departure

    • No refund will be issued.


💳 How Payments and Refunds Work

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking your coach or minibus through Coach Comparison.

  • We hold your payment securely until your travel is completed and verified to have been executed as planned.

  • Once the service has been completed successfully and no issues have been reported, we release the payment to the operator.

  • If there are any concerns or disputes, Coach Comparison will conduct a thorough investigation and mediate a resolution that is fair for both the customer and the operator in line with our policies.

  • This refund policy is solely managed by Coach Comparison. It is not subject to the individual policies of the coach companies we work with.

  • Customers should communicate directly with Coach Comparison for any refund or cancellation-related inquiries.
