If you need to cancel your booking, please refer to the following refund structure based on the notice period provided before the scheduled departure:
More than 14 days before departure
A 10% administration fee will be deducted from your total payment.
The remaining 90% will be refunded to you.
10–14 days before departure
A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
You will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.
7–9 days before departure
A 75% cancellation fee will apply.
You will receive a 25% refund of the total payment.
3–6 days before departure
A 95% cancellation fee will apply.
You will receive a 5% refund of the total payment.
Within 3 days of departure
No refund will be issued.
Full payment is required at the time of booking your coach or minibus through Coach Comparison.
We hold your payment securely until your travel is completed and verified to have been executed as planned.
Once the service has been completed successfully and no issues have been reported, we release the payment to the operator.
If there are any concerns or disputes, Coach Comparison will conduct a thorough investigation and mediate a resolution that is fair for both the customer and the operator in line with our policies.
This refund policy is solely managed by Coach Comparison. It is not subject to the individual policies of the coach companies we work with.
