Welcome to Coach Comparison. By using our website, making a booking, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. About Coach Comparison

Coach Comparison is a UK-based booking platform that helps customers compare and book entire coaches or minibuses, including standard, executive, and luxury options. We are not a transport operator ourselves—we act as an intermediary between customers and verified transport providers.


2. Entire Vehicle Bookings Only

  • We do not sell individual seats. All bookings made through Coach Comparison are for the full hire of a coach or minibus.

  • The number of passengers must be provided accurately during the booking process to match you with the appropriate vehicle.


3. Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made online through our secure booking system.

  • Customers must provide accurate details, including pickup location, drop-off location, date/time, passenger count, and luggage requirements.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.


4. Payments & Payment Handling

  • We collect full payment on behalf of the coach operator at the time of booking.

  • This payment is held in escrow by Coach Comparison.

  • We only release the payment to the transport provider after confirming that the job has been completed without issues.

  • If any problems are reported, Coach Comparison will review the case and act as a mediator to find a fair resolution for both the customer and the operator.


5. Amendments & Changes

  • Requests to modify bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

  • We will attempt to accommodate changes, but this is subject to vehicle and driver availability.

  • If changes affect price (e.g., more passengers or longer distance), additional fees may apply.


6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary:

7. Travel Disruptions

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or road closures.

  • Our operators are instructed to allow sufficient time, but we advise customers to plan ahead and leave buffer time for critical journeys (e.g., airport travel).


8. Conduct & Responsibilities

  • The person making the booking is responsible for the group’s behavior during travel.

  • Any damages caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional charges.

  • Coach operators reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or abusive passengers.


9. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we thoroughly vet all our transport providers, we cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the operator’s performance, vehicle condition, or driver conduct.

  • In such cases, Coach Comparison will investigate and work towards an appropriate resolution.


10. Complaints & Disputes

  • Any concerns should be raised within 48 hours of journey completion.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
